 Thanks for taking the time to visit the Protein For Kids website! Some years ago, while on a short-term missions trip to Haiti, God impressed upon me a solution to deal with the malnutrition problem plaguing the poor. My background and expertise in agriculture and business had placed me in a unique position to meet this need, and at the same time, create a "micro-business" model for the native people to obtain a means of self-employment. From this perspective the ministry of Protein for Kids was created. As you review the pages of this website I hope you will better understand how we, together, can provide nutrition for the poor and create workable sustainable enterprise(s) in the Third World.
